Condescending w.anker. That's why proper football fans have more respect for fans from Bury than plastics like you.

I go to Bury now and then, worked there for 32 years and my company had an advert just behind the goal. Great club and great supporters <ok>

By the way, if you want to swear just do so, all you are doing with your clever full stops is beating the swear filter and forcing your language on children <ok>

    Diego, a serious question.

Do you really believe that was a penalty? I saw this repeatedly shown on Sky and there was no arm in the path of Rashford and no contact on Rashford at all. That was a dive in anyone's book and what made it even worse was a couple of your players running at the Ref begging for the penalty as well.

I couldn't care less who win a game in the premiership or who gets into what cup or is relegated. As a person who likes football I abhore players who blatantly cheat. It was Rashford today but there are many players who do the same. Roll on the review rule. When it is shown a player has cheated it should be a straight red with a 3 game ban. If they do it again in the same season it should be doubled. Lets see how long managers agree with it if that happens. It will also shut pundits up who come out with this "he was entitled to go down" crap. These highly paid pricks should hang their heads in embarrassment. I would love to be able to take these players back to 1970 and invite them to throw themselves to the floor then. Wonder if they would do it twice.

I have played (pub football) and ran around a lot as a kid, I know what makes people lose there balance and it doesn't take much at speed. Just trying to avoid something is more than enough.

Correct. Great club and great supporters. Something Man U supporters should take note of and follow.

Don't compare pub football with highly pressurised professional football where players are trained to cheat, today being a classic example.

There was certainly no contact, which I have already said. Was it a penalty, yes, harsh and I would not like it against us but it was.
The keeper made no contact with the ball (or player) but pushed his arms in the players way stopping him from reaching the ball and causing him to change his stride, soft but correct.

I wasn't comparing the two, you asked me if I knew about motion and I replied to that

Sorry Diego but you are as blind as many Referees and all managers. If you find that acceptable then you should take up watching tiddly winks. If one of my team did that I would be on my feet slating him and not trying to justify it as being acceptable. That is not football it's acting.

Although I just said OK, serious question..........

If you were running at speed and someone dived and threw their arms across your path would you be able to keep your feet and collect the ball?

Do you actually think Manchester United became the club they are today because they had what you class as bad supporters that need to learn life changing lesson from Bury fans? What a silly simpleton argument to propose!

Possibly not Diego but that isn't what I saw with this one. Where was the arm across the path? I have not seen anywhere this evening where anyone has thought Rashford didn't con the Ref. All the experts (I'm not sure I would call them that but they seem to like the title) thought it was a con on everything I've read and seen.

For me making no attempt whatsoever to avoid contact is almost as bad. It's just not in the spirit of sport to ensure there is contact. If a 110 metre hurdler can avoid 10 hurdles in 12 seconds whilst flat out then a footballer can avoid an arm or toe or finger once if he tried. The most worrying aspect is that these players must train to fall down having become expert at it. Most of them go down as if Joshua has hit them if brushed by a fingertip as well. One you would know was Fellani being sent off recently for touching somebodies head with his. That player collapsed as if he had run into a steamroller. How embarrassing was that to watch. Shouldn't poke his head at another player so deserved a booking but there is no way he could have knocked the other one over. Simulation is disgusting to watch.
