They don't look urgent to get a winner at all. They're throwing away Champions League football here...
Said you can't rely on man united this season , at home especially ... Everton will beat them next week but they should get 6 from last 2 games .
Bugger. Still out of the bottom 3 and our destiny is still in our own hands. Outside chance that Palace could still get dragged back into this as well. Keep up the belief folks!
Swansea had the better chances perhaps in the game, tested the keeper a fair bit. Had the quality on the free kick to win it. The weekend for us was really a tale of two penalties and a tale of two free kicks. The penalty outcomes favoured us, but the free kick was what kept the status quo.
Could have been worse by the sounds of it? Swans had plenty of chances! Still in our hands thank god!
Disappointed that we haven't ended the weekend with a bigger gap over Swansea but still in our hands. There can't have been a better time to play Man U all season. They had to play twice since Swansea had last played, including on Thursday night, and had a stack of injuries including 2 more in the game. So it could have been worse, without the Jak save, Man U dodgy penalty and the Lorente miss.
is it just me that thinks since the England Job debacle, FBS has lost his spark? Palace could end up getting dragged in.
He does have a point with Palace, especially if they lose next weekend at Man City it makes our game there even more pivotal.
Important for us not to get despondent over what Swansea do. Crucial for us to beat Sunderland and open a 5 point gap before Swansea play Everton.
The last few weeks have shown the invincibility of the top 6 teams is a myth. They don't like it up 'em because they're as vulnerable as the rest, but it's only the myth that stops teams doing it.
