    So many pointless articles with absolutely no quotes. Just a whole lot of "reportably", "could", "should" etc etc.
    I believe they call these articles click bate, preying on the huge number of fans of the Big Boys who over the weeks have all signed VVD.
    If all those clubs do actually want Virgil and he is demanding a move then get them all in a room and hold an auction to ensure the best price well over £50m

    Hi LTL - expensive in comparison keeping Harrison Reed who I think is close to being as good as Clasie is now and will only get better with more games and has the potential to be better than Clasie.

    Well I bet with my mate that Van Dijk won't be joining Everton this summer, hope to recoup the £50 I lost after I had a similar bet this time last year about Koeman.

    Best move for him I think is to Man City, would suit Guardiola's style perfectly

    I'm desperate to keep Virgil....we haven't seen enough of him so I feel cheated. However, there is a price for any player unless a team has endless funds. If the price is high enough, we could buy 2 players at least*. It comes down to what Les and Claude feel is best for the squad. Psychologically, selling VVD is a disaster, but buying the right players and some good results and we will move on again.

    *Unless money is needed for balancing books. :mad:
