Lol to be fair, he is very good in the air. That's his one trait. All other aspects of defending are missing. He is one of the worst players we have signed.

The whole team was **** against Palace. And a season isn't defined by one game. Lovren makes mistakes but hes not as as bad as you make out.

how much is he getting paid? My info is he's got a pay rise to 100k from 65k... the issue is that the magic 100k is somehow called premium wages but the REALITY it utd shovelled that as jessie lingard recently and the tv money means thats going to be a top 6 average wage more or less. thats the sad reality There is no doubt none of them deserve it and Lovren doesn't deserve it today IMO... but its not outrageous....
If we are referring to player wages i do not believe that our wage bill is higher than Arsenals. To be sure you need to drill down in the accounts to check it is like for like.
According to latest accounts - Arsenal Spurs and city are paying less in wages. (I think the city figures are dodgy but it's true according to their statements).
those numbers are old though. spurs are 100% paying less than us. we know this. kane is on max 120k and maybe less which is where gerrard was FFS 7 years ago. Arsenal ones are dodgy. they paid more than us 3 years also. City's is a complete lie. LFc just over pay and reward players too quickly IMO
