The two different times when he 'stopped running' and 'was heavily into running, until...' you mean ? Go back to sleep roofie
Used to do runners from restaurants when we were younger. Not 'cos we couldn't pay, just for a laugh. Had a couple of close ones though. I remember this Chinese ****er chased us for about half a mile wielding a huge **** off machete!...
I used to do that for sport in Brighton in the 90's. We'd get pissed up go for a Pizza or Thai and then ****ing leg it through the Lanes. Was exhilarating at the time, but looking back it's a ****ish thing to do. Especially now that I own my own business, if somebody did that to me, I'd be chasing them down the road with a knife too
I did a runner from a Kebab shop when I was younger, got caught and had no money. ****ers took me out back and **** the life out of me I
Lack of planning, the exuberance of youth. First rule of doing a runner, have the money to pay just in case it goes tits up. Second, run like ****, and don't get ****ing caught, you donk!...-
A mate of mine was pissed up outside a kebab shop and was jumping up and down on the roof of a car parked outside. In a flash this big **** off Cypriot guy flew over the counter with one of those big **** off kebab knives and was swinging it at his ankles. We ****ing ran for our lives
Sensible!.. But the only reason to jump on the car roof is as a distraction while everybody else legs it without paying!...
Piskie and Skiddy are like the " Spike and Chester " dog cartoon when they think the cornered a cat and it ends up being an escaped panther ... Ya wanna chase it the HAIG .... Where is it the HAIG .
I've had both those injuries at different times and stopped me from playing sports both times . I love it when people tell you what you mean or what you said and have there bum buddy come in with full agreement , both oblivious to the truth but swear by it .
The clue was in 'I stopped running when' and 'I was heavily into running until' Go back to sleep Roofie
The Achilles was severely affected by the fasciitis. It was mainly that that ended the long distances. I found that cycling and swimming helped, so I switched over to those activities. Funnily enough, I've only just started to hit the road again. These days, though, I'm content to jog and take things easy. I am reminded just how hard it is!
