Looks like Marseille are the main bad boys here. I bet it's them who have incorrectly declared the suspect deals on their statement of financial position. I feel a bit better now.
I know it's probably the least reliable source out there, but the wording of the Mail article does sound a lot less worrying than some of the stuff we were hearing earlier.
He's probably tried to play Billy Big Bollocks and had no idea who he was playing with. Hopefully it is just a case of him being negligently incompetent rather than deliberately criminal.
indeed. Take the hit Nev, save the club AND Trev will give you clap as a reward. What more could you want? This. FFS Trev you little tease you.
If Marseilles are the real targets and they get the book thrown at them then we could still end up with Thauvin stuck on our books.
Wasn't it Charnley in that pic Albert once posted where the guy had hits 'bits' hanging out? If so then he's definitely not billy big Bollocks
Reading all the info I reckon all the iffy stuff is on the French side or with agents. All sources put Marseille in the spotlight.
Reading the reports in the paper about Penfold being released I can't understand if he was arrested why he wasn't questioned/interviewed before being released. Not sure if any on here are criminal lawyers or tax lawyers but it just seems weird.
