Daniel Levy can decide not to sell him all he likes. So long as Alli is onside that will be fine.

But the moment Alli comes out and says that he want to go and win trophies (as he inevitably will) then Levy loses his bargaining power.

Name a single Spurs player who has been anywhere near world class? This Spurs side is unprecedented Spurs history during the 'money era' of football. You've never had a squad like the one you have now.

Modric and Bale are the two that were pushing world class for you and both went the very second that they reached that level. You got 110m for the pair, I'd say Real got a great deal and, more importantly, Modric and Bale got the deal of their lives. Something Alli will have in mind.
