Hello all and welcome to a Saintsfcfan match thread. Final time for me this season, hopefully can take it to the end of the season. Blue line underneath Chelsea. We played well and there were positives to take from the game but defending just wasn't good enough. Let's leave that there. Hope they win the league. Right. Saturdays game marks the start of a weekend-midweek-weekend game streak until the end of the season. First up in this run of fixtures is Hull City, a team fighting for their life. Their home form is sensational under new boss Marco Silva, whilst their away form not as strong. Saints lost 2-1 at Hull earlier in the season and will be looking to get one over the Tigers. Hull will be without star striker Niasse, should his joke sending off against Watford not be overturned. Saints go into the game having lost 2 games in a row, albeit against two of the country's best sides. They will be looking to get back on track and look to have no major injury concerns other than Van Dijk. For Austin, the game may come too soon. My line-up: Forster Cedric Caceres Yoshida Bertrand Romeu Davis JWP Tadic Redmond Gabbiadini Prediction: Very tough game with Hull putting up a sensational fight to stay in the league. Think Saints will find them hard to break down but hopefully the quality will come through. 2-1 win. Gabbiadini at the double. COYR!

Morning Saints!!!.... any suggestions for parking for a speedy get away Saturday... Thought you played really well last night... unfortunately... !
I think we really miss having a proper CDM next to Romeu with the CB we have at the moment. No slight on them, just feel more protection would do. Forster, Cedric, Yoshida, Stephens, Bertrand, Romeu, Clasie, Davis, Tadic, Redmond, Gabbiadini. 3-0 Saints.
Having previously taken my eldest boy to matches, this one marks the first time that both of my children and wife will be attending - the long game has paid off and their indoctrination is complete! To think that my wife hated football before I enlightened her. I hope she realizes just how lucky she is.
Just to let you know Chilco, that's approximately 142 goals per second, based on there being 94 minutes of playing time. Feasible.
