Newcastle secured promotion tonight then. Rafa taking them back up on first attempt. Glad they're back and Brighton going up prob te 2 is have picked as wanting to come up.

Any my thoughts on 3rd from play offs? Reading, Huddersfield, Sheff wed and Leed/Fulham.

Stam done brilliantly at Reading. Really pushed them on. Wagner same at Huddersfield. Never been keen on Sheff We'd, take of leave them. Same on Fulham and Leeds. If we get Sess from Fulham might be nice if we do loan him back for him to get game time in Prem to develop but also might be better for him to play every week in Champ.

Id prob choose Huddersfield, be nice to have 2 newbies in Brighton and then in the league although can see the appeal of having big club like Leeds or SW

    Total passes complete
    16,256
    Liverpool
    16,238
    Manchester City
    14,778
    Arsenal
Data, courtesy of EA Sports , shows that the Reds have now completed more passes than any other side, with 16,256 so far, 82.08% of which were successful.
That puts them slightly ahead of Manchester City (16,238) and Arsenal (14,778), despite the fact that both of those have more successful pass completion rates - of 85.18% and 83.59% respectively.
Perhaps more impressively, Liverpool are also the Premier League's top sides for passes completed in the opposition half with 9,339 (76.67% pass completion).

    This also typifies our weakness.

We have lots of possession, lots of passes but we don't have shots at goal or conversion. Teams playing us know that we will pass it around. So they defend in depth and try not leave gaps in the middle. With Mane on, their defence gets breached sooner or later but without him we just pass the ball around.

    Anyone watching the chav game?

Maybe a chav draw or loss would keep Tottenham in check and motivated to beat Arsenal and utd

Don't really want Spurs to win it but if t keeps them in touching distance and motivates them to beat our nearest rivals then all for it.

Chelsea look like missing William. or Pedro out wide. Having fabregas Matic and Kante just cuts out a lot of their pace up top on the counter.

Yeah they've played better now. After going 1-0 up they seemed to lose any momentum and attacking impetus on the counter which Willian and Pedro bring.

Will be tough for Spuds tomorrow as Palace are full of confidence on back of beating Chavs, Arse and Pool.

IF they can win it though, a bit of pressure on Chelsea going to Everton who are a tough prospect at Goodison. Would be nice to have a title battle last a bit longer (although i reckon it will be virtually over by next week sadly)

Yeah, haven't looked back since the star man kante got the crowd and teammates going with that run.

Unbelievable player and probably the most important player in the league over a full season imo.

And I read with amusement Alan Smith on sky saying alli is better "cos he gets goals"

    That's the standard in England.

No disrespect to the best English player in 10 years here... but kante is better

Alan Smith is an utter fooking tube tbf.

But I'd take Delivery Ali in a heartbeat.

But only if i already had Kante.

Delli alli is the next gerrard except no lfc fan will hear that... cos gerrard was special.

Kante however is the better midfielder tactically and in terms of all round game.

I for one hope to **** spurs get picked clean cos with kane and alli for 10 years lfc won't match them much.
