Dreaming of a proper lie in. Stanette has decided that she's going to play cricket and starts Sunday morning training today. I wouldn't mind but they don't open the clubhouse bar until 11am.
Kids are a bit duppy My lad wakes up...says he's off to the Gym..i goes: WTF...what about me? what time you going? now...ish....he replies now ish? lets go for 11...like we always do! 11? i was going to catch the 10.44 bus and when the fack does that get to the Gym? about 11 Dad. right well we will go at 11 then, knob, go and clean your room like i asked you to last week! chilling having a coffee currently
Eggs ...put them in a bowl / pan of water ...if they sink they are usually fine ...if they float ...you need more eggs ...the sell buy date is often just for guidance (and to protect the supermarkets etc) ... Chorizo love it ...great in risotto.. like to fry some to get the oil / rendered fat infused into olive oil before adding the arborio rice ...
Dairy isn't for me but it's the quality of your stock that gives the creamy texture plus a little reggiano.
Sat having my third **** of the morning. Have been doing gardening. The Mrs is wallpapering. Then she plans on painting our bedroom. Think I may slope off the golf club, see if she notices I'm gone.
Stanette loved cricket so that's my Sunday mornings gone for the next 4 months. The cricket ground is beautiful. Right in the middle of the town so it's used a lot by the locals for various sports, dog walking and picnics. Sadly there's always a **** or two who doesn't respect the club and this morning I noticed broken glass near to where the girls were training. Cut my hand clearing it up. I'm sure there would have been rogue dog **** in the outfield as well. My dog had a crap (outside of the boundary) while we were there. I cleaned it up and put it in one of the bins cunningly marked "STICK YOUR DOG'S **** IN HERE AS CHILDREN USE THIS GROUND" (or similar).
Exactly that. Set the crispy chorizo aside and add it back at the end. I cook my sofritto (finely chopped onion, celery and garlic) in the chorizo first though, then add the rice.
Had two piles of dog ****e on the boy's football pitches this morning which had to be coned off. ****ers. Even bigger though is I jumped in my car yesterday morning on way to golf and could immediately smell dog ****. Sure enough, got to the club and there's some on my right trainer. Got home later to find some ****ing ignorant **** has allowed their hound to take a **** on the grass verge outside our house. Has to be a neighbour too, it's not like anyone else would come down our avenue to walk their dog. If I catch them doing it again I'll make them eat the stuff.
I have the same problem. Every now and then, someone lets there dog **** on the path right in the middle of my front gate. As I live in a semi rural location, it has to be one of my immediate neighbours. It's hard to be civil, with the good mornings, when you know it's one of them
We got two dogs and if they are running free in the park or on the beach you might, might miss them taking a **** in the bushes or somewhere. Outside someone's house though! Or on a path. If I catch them they'll be wearing it.
Yep we have a dog too, it's surprising how many coats have "doggy poo" bags in the pockets It generally happens early in the mornings, and I have my suspicions. When I can prove it, it will be shovelled through there letter box with interest!
Laughing at Liverpool. Loudly. Nice glass of Shiraz to accompany my chuckles. Might even have the bottle, **** it. Today has gone rather well.
