Unreal result today!

If and it's still a big if, but if we survive then Marco needs to sit the loan players down and say 'how do you fancy signing on a permanent and seeing how we get on with a full season together!' I know it's all ifs and buts, but if he replicated this form since he came in we would be all dreaming of European football never mind relegation!

I was at the training ground with my football team I coach on Tuesday and one thing that stood out was the players all came out for training and he greeted everyone personally and then he got the players round him and talked to them for over 20 mins! He's really particular with what he wants from his players but also makes sure they know exactly what is expected from them

 

Dunno if it was covered earlier - but Evandro was proper **** today. Eighteen touches, go round in a few circles, ignore the pass, give it away. Time and time again. Amazed he wasn't hooked immediately after the red card.

 

He is no doubt making a note as I write.

 

Said it before (after Boro) and i'll say it again, he should be on the right wing where he can hit a first time cross as he did for Abel vs Boro and Markovic today, too often on on the left he gets a yard, but doesn't get the ball in as he cuts back, and it doesn't work for me

 

Except markovic is brilliant on the right and wants to play there?

All hail Miracle Marco! Can't believe what I witnessed today, bloody brilliant. Said before the game I was feeling positive, wasn't feeling so positive at half time!

Game of 2 halves, first half fantastic saves from Jak to keep us in it. Abysmal performance from the shocking tosser in charge in the middle and his west stand linesman. Unbelievable 2nd half each man, now enjoying a nice bottle, looking forward to MOD, fantastic early birthday pressie for me for Monday, 3 points. Brilliant, surely we deserve to stay up after this gigantic effort today and see what Marco can do?!

Thats a few times this season we've played against 12 and this time we handled it brilliantly. Hard to put into words the elation and the respect I have for this team of magnificents, misfits, supposed has beens and the BEST manager we have ever had at this football club IMHO. Something next weekend at Southampton and Manure doing us a favour (though they have got 3 games in a week and are on skeleton staff seemingly) would be just fine thank you.

 

now we just need Tottenham to win the semi final and be certain of only second place before the last match
