I totally agree for most of the season we also showed quality, and looked stone wall certancies for a play off place.(always thaught auto's was beyond us),but would love to know what went wrong over the last couple of months.
Wigan could be down last game, not that it means much (see Newcastle-Spurs last day of last season). Wouldn't fancy Norwich next week though, been to 18 games this season, but glad I'm out of the country for this one!
Me too. Will be having a well earned holiday in Spain and will not be bringing phone to wherever I am Saturday eve. Need a break from this Leeds stuff methinks
If we win last 2 we finish on 79 points and probably won't be enough. I doubt 79 has ever not been enough before. At the start of season if you'd said we'd finish ahead of Norwich, Derby and Villa you'd have thought that meant autos, Not sure what my point is but a bit of a pisser but still great to have the season alive right to the death. This just feels like such a kick in the nuts to f*ck it up at this late stage. I know it is still possible but looking at it realistically it ain't gonna happen. It has been a great season I admit but my worry is that if we miss out as looks likely then half of this team won't be around for next season so where does that leave us. These bottlers have got a lot to answer for and I am very cross about it!
very disappointing but its probably as well, we lacked a bit of class. If we retain and recruit well the young kids will be better next year and we can be in contention from the start. I know we say this every year but I think Gary Monk could be the man to make it happen. It better be bloody quick I'm not getting any younger.
Yeah but you did it with much more clarss and style - anyone can lose 1-0 away, 0-3 at home is special
