We won't win an appeal, they'd be forced to admit a referee got it wrong, they just don't do that at the best of times and especially not when its little old Hull.
They do overturn if it's wrong. Toms wasn't wrong, it was just harsh. This is wrong. He wasn't out of control and he didn't stamp. He flicked.
