He didn't do as well when Vertonghen and Rose were out, did he? It would be interesting to see how well he fared shielding Jack Stephens and Maya Yoshida. Not convinced he would do as good a job as Oriol Romeu has tbh.

 

I think bang average is being generous Fosse tbh.......camels arse and banjo spring to mind but agreed Kante all day long for pfa poty !
Also think that Bamidele is nailed on for young poty and should he continue to progress at the rate he has since leaving MK Dons its only a matter of when not if !
I think we need have a serious think about signing him up next season !

Ronaldo gets dissected every time he doesn't produce a 10/10.

He's constantly having to justify that he's not 'past it'.

Messi is a great example though, immune from criticism, part of a fantastic Argentina era and possibly the greatest player of all time and he's won **** all with them.

"He's constantly having to justify why he's not passed it".

 

To be fair you do play with 5 at the back and 2 defensively sound central midfielders. Lets not read all that much into your defence, good though it is.

 

Messi not even half the player he is for Argentina that he is for Barcelona plus how many finals has he bottled for Argentina lol.

 

I wouldn't want Messi at Spurs, not if it meant us losing Deli Alli or Son.

Leicester miss him because he was a big fish in a small pond...he wont be missed by Chelsea that much...top player though 'look at how both teams fared without him' says more about the rest of the team..not a DM. Not every team needs Kante to win it...it's just how it's worked out, a top addition(your best player) to a top team with a world class manager its not revolutionary thinking

Wanyama in that Chelsea team would help them to the title.

Yes I rate him highly Terrence , I don't think Poch utilises him to his full potential hence him being down my poty pecking order !
