Agree with what's been said, unbelievable editing by the BBC to neglect the few opportunities we had, including a chance or two from Cabaye, Joey's shot over the top-left (if that'd gone in the place would have collapsed). And also, like someone said, to not give any credit to Colo and Saylor is outrageous, especially when they showed three Colo tackles/interceptions in a row but instead blamed Arsenal inability rather than giving him credit. I'm just glad they admitted the headlines would be different if it'd been Joey doing the stomping.

Agree with Geordie Boot Boy. Gervinho went down very easily but there was contact. Considering that Joey has based his defence of his reaction on doing what's best for the team and going down when contact is made, surely their lad was only doing the same. We'd have been far more inclined to say it was a pen if it was for us.

For me Shearer's punditry skills can be summed up thusly: When asked what he thought of a Birmingham game he said that it was weird seeing Birmingham play in red.

    Great player, ****e pundit

LOL, loving all the mags turning on Mary Poppins for telling the truth. Never thought I would see the day when one of the all time great strikers and Newcastle legends would be abused and his opinion cast aside for a horrible piece of **** like Barton.

Would be like us going after Sir Niall Quinn for having a go at Cattermole after he had been naughty. What a bunch of jokers.
