  1. Thanks, mate.

None wanted Leicester to do better than me.

  2. No, not by a long chalk.

    Well done, Leicester.

  3. Not quite, CFC.

As well as Leicester have done in the CL, we've got to finish the season next, and then see how they get on, next season (possibly without Vardy).

Been a hard season, on and off the field tbf !
Fair play to the players..... wrongly accused by all and sundry for getting Claudio the sack and not trying
I now think we may loose the likes of Vards, Mahrez and Kasper as they might think that they have gone as far as possible with a club our size... sincerely hope I'm wrong !

  5. Calm down, Akky.

You had to score two more goals, and it never really looked like it was going to happen. Ergo, it was comfortable, in the end, for Atletico.

Credit where credit is due, but let us not get carried away.

Two goal bound shots from Ulloa and Vardy denied only by last ditch defending from Atleti.

They know they were in game tonight. Simeone has said as much in his post game interviews.

  7. Indeed, Akky.

Simone is very gracious in victory.

I have given Leicester credit, too. Give me some credit for that, at least.

I have, it's just a shame that you're too immature to compliment anybody/thing properly. Always has to be a sly dig in there.

Just back ...remarkable effort ...not seen any team make that many last ditch tackles and blocks as Atletico did tonight for many a year ...credit to them they defend incredibly well ...but with a bit more luck we might just have done that.

Incredible achievement by the club ...reaching the quarter final of the Champions league whilst staying unbeaten at home ..wow ...never thought I'd be writing that.

Shakey showing considerable tactical nous with the half time changes ... Chilwell coming on and pushing forward down the left caused them all sorts of problems and Mahrez behind the front two was great.

All round I think we exceeded even our most fanatical fan's expectations.

  10. How am I having a dig?

Atletico won by two clear goals, including an away goal. It was comfortable for them, in the end.

That is not to say that Leicester did not give them a game over the two legs, because they did, and they deserve credit for that, which has been duly given.

That is an honest and a fair assessment.

You need to grow up, and stop giving **** to anyone who doesn't blow rings of smoke up your arse. Others might do that, I don't. That doesn't make what I say any less valid.

    Twatfish

I suspect they have not had as an uncomfortable 90 minutes as that for a long time...they may have lost games before but they won't have been under the cosh to that degree for a whole half.

Once again you show your ignorance of all things football related ...would have thought you might have learned by now.

Might help if you actually went to a game or two ...if you'd been at that one you would have seen Simione visibly panicking and at the end of the game shaking the hand of every Leicester player ...he knows something about football...you don't...and that's about it tbf ...:)

Atleti won by 1 clear goal. The aggregate scoreline was 2-1. Note how 2 minus 1 equals 1 <ok>

I just don't understand how you can have seen that game and came to the conclusion that it was comfortable.

I find it utterly pathetic that you're that immature you can't say anything that compliments another side yet wonder why nobody on here has any time for anything you have to say. Perhaps if you grew up people might take you seriously?

Go on, say something like "rattled". As if it'll stop other posters from thinking you're anything less that a child.

  13. Blah blah blah.

At the end of the day, Bambi, you had your little adventure in Europe and you lived the dream. Now, it's all over.

You'll end this season with nothing more than, at best, a mid-table finish. Let's all give you a round of applause.

Next season, you'll be fighting relegation. The season after that, you'll be fighting relegation. And so on, until - eventually - you get relegated, again. That's the way it is with teams like Leicester.

It isn't bitterness, it's just fact. I could have been more sympathetic with you, but - **** it! - you act like a twat, so I will treat you like one.

  14. You want me to blow rings of smoke up your arse, and it's not going to happen. So, one by one, you throw your toys out of your pram.

I gave a fair and honest assessment of that match, with credit where it was due - no more than that. The fact that you cannot accept that in the spirit in which it was presented to you is a measure of your immaturity. You need to grow up, Akky.

You gave them credit...as have alot of Spurs fans...what you are saying is not outlandish...my god have i heard some outlandish things from you Hiag <laugh>

Was listening to the radio and they were discussing the likes of Schmeichal, Mahrez wanting to leave because they probably think they can play on that level on a regular basis. That to me suggests the presenters were creating a debate along the lines of, Leicester are not going to be in it for a long time and there is nothing else to keep these players at the club. If you suggested that...every **** here would have sold Delle Alli and Harry Kane by lunchtime to get you back <laugh>

Leicester had a great adventure...like i said yesterday.....they had all the possesion(a rarity in itself) but no players good enough to make it count with their execution of the final ball, be it a cross or shot...however i do believe that if Lesta turned it up a gear...AM would have matched that gear.

AM dont smash teams ...RM do that...AM suffocate you....then punch you in the bollocks with some quality up top...thats the blueprint.....this was always going to be a low scoring tie...alot of people were predicting it before a ball was kicked. Probably the worst team for Lesta to play in terms of how AM set up.

Was a good psychological battle.....was never going to be Gung Ho.
