    The last time they suffered a dodgy decision against Real, their fans rung the police and Ian Ladyboy from the Mail mounted a single-handed campaign of harassing the referee at his hotel, and at the airport the next morning, when The Mail was running a promotion about respect for referees.

    It deserved extra time with both teams full strength going at it....game could have went either way..but at least it would have been down to skill ....

    As I said refs have been awful this year ...can't keep up...guessing instead of seeing...so many games ruined.

    It's not supposed to be luck to get competent officials ...I know these days it is but that's not actually built into the game..
