well at least it means technically we could lose every remaining game 6-0 and stay up.. no one can overtake us if we match results with swansea

What's that got to do with it?
You said that if we match Swanseas results then 'technically' we could lose every game and no one could overtake us

    They can

    No you do didn't

You said "no one can overtake us if we match results with swansea" which is very different

Obviously they can, although if you meant they aren't likely to then I tend to agree (although if we lose every game as you suggested I think Boro will overtake us)

But if us and swansea both lose all our remaining games, technically one or both of middsbro or slumberland could catch us and overtake us. That's what DBT is saying Liam.

I just didn't explain it very well or rather poor punctuation

I meant it's possible however unlikely we can remain 17th whilst losing all our games

And then should have added, but i believe as long as we match swanseas results we are safe as i cant see boro gaining 6 more than we do

So if Spurs are only a point behind Chelsea when we play them there's still no chance of them winning.
I know a few Chelsea supporters who will be very relieved to hear that.

Me neither, I just hope it doesn't come down to us needing to beat them or draw to stay up.

for that to happen, we will need a 4 point gap (probably) :emoticon-0107-sweat

There'll be no probably about it - come the Spurs game, if we aren't four points ahead we'll be praying for ''Welshman managed'' WBA to help us out at Swansea, this assuming Sunderland and 'boro are out of the frame and relegated already.
