Just having a quiet laugh at all the mags on here at the minute. If all you have to worry about was what we thought of a few of your players, then fair enough, but from the game I saw I think you have bigger issues to talk about.

Defence didn't look to bad, but the young lad in at full back looked a little dodgy, your midfield didn't really do that much to impress, Obertan had a good turn of speed but didn't really do much apart from one pass to whatshisface (you know that frog that all you mags have a man cruch on), your central midfield frenchmen looked a little lost (despite opinions of certain individuals rammed down our throats that they'd hit the ground running and dominate the midfield game) and you need another striker, it says something that when best came on he looked far better than Ba, the man you're relying on to get goals for you.

No doubt I'll get told I'm full of ****e by you mags (who know far about your team than I ever will, and I'm just basing it on one game half watched while I have my tea) but judging from some of the comments on your board (and yes I did take a quick look prior to writing this, in case I was watching the game through red n white glasses) I'm not alone in my view.

So little fellas over to you to put me right.

What made me laugh a bit was Chris Waddle on ESPN.

"Why are they playing Ba as a striker, Shola has never been good at scoring, but he can hold the ball up, Ba should be on the left where he is the better player, and he also isnt a great goalscorer but he can do more damage out there, It is where West ham played him most of last season"

I was like, HUH!!! thats not what they have been saying on Not606 for months.

PS: I dont really agree with him, I just had a chuckle at it.

Same old problems for Arsenal lots of pretty football with no end product, the game should have been out of sight first half if they had someone to finish all the build up.

Vauxsamson, we weren't at our best today, hopefully far from it, but, we were playing one of the best teams in the league. The new lads will take a bit of time to gel, but I wasn't too disheartened of what I saw today. I'm sure (I hope) there will be worse teams than us this season.

Don't get too far ahead of yourselves lads, Shola saved himself today. He'll be in your penalty area next week. Waiting.......

Don't be scared of him, I've hired a sniper to take him out as he gets of the coach. Job done.

Now listen here marra...Me and thee have, on the whole, got on pretty well on our time on 606/not606...However, if you keep on bringing up that bloody name "Ameobi" in the lead up to "THE" game, I can see us falling out...<grr>

Ha indeed! Nerves are stating to jingle on both side. There's nowt like feeling sickly in your stomach for a few days before. Bliddy awful. I wish it was over already........... May the best team win and all that, but if you win, I'll pop over and tell you all to fec off before skulking away for a few days to lick me wounds. not that it'll happen like.....
