    No. Because they aren't. Steve owns the club, he funds it himself. As hard as it is to believe, it is entirely coincidental that Eman happens to be his wife.

    If the Allams were in charge, they wouldn't let them operate in a mostly professional league with the same budget as a team in the Northern Premier League.
