That arm that was moving up towards the ball?
IMO it is handball. However, the way the law is written, it is not handball. The ball was struck from close range and he couldn't get his arm out of the way so the referee was right not to give it under the law as it is. However I think it should be changed. United gained a big advantage from it and went on to score. The handball really doesn't do referees any favours at all. What looks an obvious handball from replays actually jsn't because of the way the law is.

Haven't seen this incident but have said for years that the handball rule is stupid and needs changinh.

Before the arrival of mega wages, many teams in the lower half of the PL and the Championhsip would have signed him up. Now these teams cannot pay the same salary he gets at Chelsea. He would be ideal for a club like Leeds to either guide them to promotion next season or survival in the PL if they manage to get through to the play-off stage and win it.

America I reckon.

Or Italy.

But that is it. I have seen no evidence that he can shoot, cross, pass, or tackle, or has any sort of footballing brain.

Question of whether that will come in time/with experience. Has all the tools you can't teach so I'm sure someone will take a punt if Boro go down
