    Stop saying pwned!!

Shola was ****e, Ba was ****e, Barton was ****e in the first half and was VERY lucky to stay on the pitch in my eyes, shouldn't have gone for Gervinho no matter how much of an arsehole he was!

Colo and STaylor were fantastic! Remember once Saylor matched Walcott for pace and beat him to it, class act today.

As Kammy would say, we fought like beavers today, fully deserved a point!

  3. Aye i noticed that. Saylor isn't slow at all, and not just because of that, but he's always shown decent pace to me <ok>

apparently Simmo had a good game - can't count him in the same league as Raylor tbh

<ok> More like it. Think the 5 for Cabaye is a little bit harsh though.

Simmo and Raylor had barely anything between them performance wise.

Got barely any touch of the ball in the first half and only had a few clever runs in the second half before being taken off, hardly enough to rate him any more than a 5

I was glad we were getting the ball out of our box by hoofing it up, always scary stuff when ever we try to play it out of defence.

    Eh? How come?

He should've been sent off by the sounds of things but didn't he get a yellow?

This is arguably my favourite part of the match weekend, the first line alone had me creased. <laugh>

Barton was pretty poor after all the talk pre-season. However, I still think playing him against Arsenal was a good call just because his presence affects them. Cabaye sadly didn't keep up with the pace of the game but i think he'll get there and i'm a strong believer that he'll be our No.1 player this season. Tiote didn't look his usual sharp passing self but was still very combative. IMO Colo was the stand out player. You can see he's wearing that armband with pride.

Overall, i think we are showing signs of great things, we just lacked organization and match fitness.

Agreed, there were moments where we had some great play and glimpses of what this side can do but they were very few and need to be worked on.

Second time this week I've been asked that. :undecided:

Someone started a game on GC where you had to Google Image your username and post the first image that came up and that's what came up for mine. Stereotypists was the funniest:

Am i the only one that thinks simmo is god damn awful. I mean fair enough he got stuck in today but **** me he just backs off and lets players wonder into the box and have a go and dont get me started on him just lofting the ball out of play everytime he has possession.

Ok rant over, Saylor looked solid hopefully he can keep it up and good point for the lads overall.
