I'd say Can has been our best player in a boring half. Hopefully everyone steps on the gas and closes this out.
Painful to watch really, up against a really well drilled team but hopefully this draws them out second half and we'll kill the game off, as let's be honest There's slim chance of keeping a clean sheet. This team is crying out for a deeplying playmaker.

I really wanna see more from Gini in these games. He seems to go missing in away games against these types of teams. Far too conservative.
I prefer Milner there. He knows he needs to defend so at least he's there or thereabouts when needed. You say Milner dived in (which is true) but Moreno would have been 40yrds further up the pitch!
Good that we got that goal. West Brom have to come out and play and that only helps us exploit the space they will leave behind. We could do with 4 more goals as they can score 4 set piece goals
I would say that is down to the CBs & Lucas. When we've got the ball they're only 10yrs outside Mig's area. It stretches the game but no point if the opposition are parking the bus. It's not stretching them, only us! Edit; plus I think Klopp likes that gap, it gives Firmino & Coutinho space to operate
