In a way the Mackems have spoilt our fun this year by not even making a decent fist of staying up. It would be far more enjoyable to see them go down as a result of a defeat in the last game.
There's time yet for a bit of fun. Their next four games are very winnable. Not enough on it's own though.

They actually were really quite tame on relegation day in the end. I'll take the piss out of them now for being bottom, and I will take the piss out of them next year for being in the championship, but I'm too damned reasonable to do it on relegation day. I know how much it hurts.

I turned on their game in the first half and half the stadium was empty. What happened to supporting through thick and thin?
