So do you think Utd can do you a big favour?
Unbeaten since last playing Chelsea on 23rd October, almost six months ago!
If Chelsea do slip up, Spurs have all the momentum. One defeat might cause a wobble. They've not been put under pressure yet.

  4. I'm banking on this keeping the lads together, despite the inevitable visit from various vultures, over the Summer.

No matter what, we need to win all our remaining games. Will it win us the PL? I'm not putting money on it. However, we need to get last season's end fully out of our minds. Keep winning and it will come eventually.

First, let's do the filth in the cup.

Well, I thought everyone played extremely well today. It was good to see everyone pressing and harassing Bournemouth on the rare occasions they got the ball, especially Kane to set up his goal.

Thought MP would make the subs a little earlier, but really pleased for Janssen. His first attempt and he scores, well, after his first shot was saved.

I wouldn't say there were any weaknesses in the team but Spurs were not exactly challenged by Bournemouth who played 11 behind the ball and in their own third except on the counter.

Oh, and Sissoko was crap and whilst you could argue he didn't have enough time, Janssen had even less time on the pitch than he did!

It would be nice but I don't hold much faith in Man Utd. Possibility of a draw though but Spurs need Chelsea to lose this one.

Chelsea will do us tomorrow. Mourinho will rest players tomorrow so there ready for the 2nd leg of the Europa league, that's our best chance of CL football next season.

I believe the last team to beat UTD in the PL was Chelsea wasn't it? I recall a long time ago West Ham beating Luton and then Luton going on a long unbeaten run until they met West Ham again and lost. They lost for the first time against the team which last beat them. Now the auspices are the same for Utd v Chelsea. I hope it's not history repeating itself. Come on Utd, please draw or win.

Chelsea have had a habit of thwarting Spurs in recent years but as we are turning things around against Arsenal could just be we will turn things around against Chelsea too.

Bit nervy with that second attempt though. Had he missed from there his confidence would have plummeted badly.

On the way home after taking my daughter to her first spurs game. Great all round performance and another day she could have seen 7 or 8 goals.
