You don't know Yorkshire mate, born in any of those cities you don't support any of the others, ever.

Also you don't support a Lancashire/Manc team, that'd be a huge betrayal. Only Manchester fans in Yorkshire are from Manchester originally (or from down South for MU)

I live in Yorkshire and there's loads of match going United and Liverpool fans that are born and bred Yorkshire

A good mate of mine very kindly gave me his season tickets for our game at United the other week.

He's born and bred Yorkie, as is @PJS - BACK AND BOSSING IT who's a season ticket holder in the same Stand as me.

I know loads of Yorkie reds as well, a ridiculous comment that.

 

I never said that Huddersfield fans one day would support Bradford the next. All I said was that Huddersfield have done brilliantly to attract 21,000 fans given the size the town and competition nearby - compare that to the South Coast where large swathes of fans don the colours of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham. This contrasts with the fantastic pride fans in the North take in their local teams.

 

Bollocks to your bollocks, I'm born and bred Yorkshire. Vast majority of born and bred support local teams, all I ever hear is about Wednesday, Sheff Utd or Rotherham, since thats where most of the people are from.
Only Manc fans I know are from Mancland (or parents from Mancland) or from somewhere else, usually down south.

It might not feel like Lancashire as Liverpool has its own feel and uniqueness, but historically it is part of the old Lancashire. And this is recognised by Lancashire CCC.
