Politics can be an emotive subject. I never thought I'd say that, but interacting with some of the bigots and just plain ignorant on the subject of Brexit, has taught be differently.

 

I reckon HIAG would be straight down Moss Bros to hire a suit just to make it look like he wasn't a Rover 25 driving chav.

I tend to be quite trusting of people until they give me a reason not to. I'm a pretty good judge of character though, having worked in mental health for 16 years, you get to suss people out quite quickly and can 'read between the lines' of what people are saying, their body language etc. If somebody is trying to give me any flannel I usually shut it down with a bit of humour, it can offend people if they are trying it on, but I'm not one to be taken in by some gullible ****e.

Also, as like yourself. Having been to the psychonaut realms of DMT, you get to understand how to deconstruct the 'fluff' and see things for what they really are

Forgot for a minute we had discussed DMT... if we ever met we could probably talk about that alone for hours on end... we nearly did that night ffs

When I did it though it certainly changed my outlook on everything (you'll know what i mean!). My perspective on both serious and minor things changed loads.

In a positive way too... nothing ever changed the way I look at life/make decisions (even think!) in such a positive way bar of course my Son being born

 

Thoroughly enjoyed my time in Madrid, a superb place.

Currently nursing sun burns and im two days into the worst hangover i've ever had.

Shame the police are mental and a few Leicester fans ruined our time in Plaza Mayor but it did allow us to venture to cheaper places elsewhere (8 euros for a pint in a plastic cup in the Plaza).

Thought we defended incredibly well and we got pretty much what we wanted. It's about time that UEFA employed some decent referees though. I could see that Albrighton took Griezmann down outside the box from 150 yards away despite being hammered ffs.

 

Same fella The birth of my daughter was the single most profound moment in my life. Exploring the DMT landscape was a complete revolution though. I'd taken a lot of acid prior to that and I thought of myself as an experienced psychedelic traveller, but DMT is a whole other thing altogether, calling it a 'drug' is so misleading. It's a portal to the multiverse.

Glad you enjoyed the trip though mate, as a fan of a similarily sized club can appreciate how special an European away day is.
