I know what you meant and it is true to a degree. But Leicester was very much a one-off, a perfect storm of factors going their way. Hats off for taking advantage. But Roman's money means it is not an even playing field. We are ambitious but doesn't mean we can spend £250k aa week on a salary. Ambition doesn't make up for financial inequality. The answer to my question was Arsenal by the way and they are richer than us due to a period of superiority as the Premier League started, thus the differential was hard coded.

I suggested we close this thread and the Spurs thread...but folk didnt want that...even Hiag agreed..everyone scoffed at it....so he starts another one....those that cry the most were the quietest(as usual) when this method to resolve things was suggested.
