I'd dispute that.

We've spent plenty. Unfortunately, a lot of it on dross. That includes several hopeless managers.

I think with MP now having a very loud voice at the club, we'll see permanent improvements.

 

City & United have under achieved with new managers but this will not last. Chelsea hit the floor running with Conte but both the former will spend heavily and it will be business as usual next season but its nice you've had your day in the sun.
