They all play each other as well with City v United in couple weeks.

Could do with Arsenal staying close in the hunt for top 4 so they are still competitive in those games and don't just roll over and have their bellies rubbed (although they're bound to lose to United as Wenger just never beats Mourinho). Lots of draws between them all when they play each other will be perfect for us. Everyone dropping points <ok>

Does it have a weird English translation like Bastien S?

Maybe, big bus? Or hidden chocolate bar?

By the way, de Gea was not injured tonight which is why he was on the bench. Romero has played most of the EL games and will probably play the rest of them, that is why we have two top class keepers <ok>

I don't think he's anywhere near top class, but I'd agree with you that De Gea was being rested.

Argentine first choice international keeper and I haven't seen him make any major mistakes for us, why do you think he is not top class?

Which bit, the bit where I said de Gea was on the bench since he isn't injured or the bit where I said Romero has played most of the EL games for us?

Argentina have a notable lack of options in the goalkeeper department.

Romero is 30 years old and only played 1 season as a first choice keeper in any of Europe's top 5 leagues.

Back up to Viviano at Sampdoria (who went on loan to Arsenal for a season and didn't play a single game), back up to Subasic at Monaco & back up to De Gea at Man Utd. Fair enough a very good keeper could get stuck behind De Gea, but no way does a 'top class' goalkeeper get benched at 3 different clubs.

So you can't point out any silly mistakes or obvious throw in's then. Which games have you seen him let a team down in, how many other Argentine keepers do you know (I assume you follow their league closely)?

That kind of proves the point.... there are no other decent Argentinian keepers so would be worried if he wasn't their first choice!

I can't point out any recent mistakes because he can't make mistakes sitting on the bench, as he's been doing for pretty much the last 4 seasons.

By the way, I think he's a decent number 2. Not good enough to be first choice at United or any other top 6 teams really, but better back up than any of the rest of the top 6 have.

He has played lots of cup games, surely he would have made some mistake you could point to?

Remember Coutinho sitting on the bench at Inter and being shipped out on loan? I suppose he isn't top class either :emoticon-0100-smile

Point out Romero's weak points to me, I must have missed them.
