    I'd normally say Barton shouldn't have got involved, but he got a player sent off and livened up what was an otherwise uneventful game, so well done to the lad. <applause>

    Wenger's interview will be exactly the same as last year: I didn't see it, but Joey Barton should've been sent off.

    If Barton had not of gone down I am not sure Gervinho would of got sent off, I just think that is the sorry state of football at the moment that if you are fouled and you do not end up on the floor one way or another usually you do not get anything.
