This is where your sainthood gets to your head Father Bope. I always root the underdog...as John said, there is something in ones nature that pushes you to doing that...what your holiness fails to grasp is that the likes of you fuelled the animosity that got created between Lesta and Spurs fans, that is a pill you and alot of others will have to accept and swallow. These things can spiral....as they have...i could talk to any Lesta fan and give my actual honest take on things. However on here if im being honest yet still reading bollocks coming my way, its a hard job for me to see past that because once again nature dictates to me..dont take peoples **** and i dont.

Now over time...some Lesta fans have been able to meet half way and i get on fine with them...take John boy for example.

You are way off the mark with the statement that i think by rights Lesta should be looked down upon....thats arrogance Father Bope...ironically the kind Skiddy shows but you fail to address that.

Anyway...i appreciate you meeting me in the confession box this week, so long Father.

Spot on John and you can even tell on the forums apart from the odd personal squabbles. There are alot of posters here who dont give two hoots about Lesta winning the league, they were just glad we didnt get near it, that is the truth and alot of fans from both teams got embroiled in that...however on any other day...i got no probs with Lesta...but some posters cant mention Lesta's league title without referring to Spurs, come on now John Boy, you know if you give this dog a bone, hes munching it.

I'm not too fussed how it ended. We did the best we could.

The reaction did alter my outlook towards other teams though.

I would comment about Everton in the champions league...

Lets just get this out of the way.
"Skiddy" or Ginger Marks, to use his real name, can be a bell end.
I know its not the done thing to diss supporters of your own team, by gods, you yourself have defended HIAG at times when some of the **** he has said or done has been indefensible.
It leaves a sour taste, and being an admin of the Chelsea board, I have to at least try to promote good relations amongst Chelsea fans.
That doesn't necessarily mean that i back Skiddy in everything he does or says.
I think yours and his little spats are ****ing stupid for example, and they are not always your fault by any means.
He may feel I am a dick at times, as some others do......
Yes, I hold back on saying anything negative about him because he supports Chelsea, sorry.......

I DO resent you saying any affection showed to Leicester must be patronising, why should it be?
You are insinuating that any affection they get must be patronising because they are undeserving of it? Thats the only thing I can conclude from that statement.
Did you not stop to think that it might be sincere?

I totally forgot you made the champions league quite recently!

I personally didn't want Everton to get humped in the Europey league.

I worked away quite a bit 2011-2015 and used to quite enjoy watching Spurs, Everton and sometimes Liverpool down the pub.

I'd prefer Spurs won it to Arsenal or United or City to be honest.
Even if HIAG would become insufferable :)

That was harsh on Everton though.
Most of the time, in the qualifiers, you end up with Ludogorets or Genk or someone like that.
****ing Everton drew Valencia <laugh> ( or was it Villareal? I forget, one of the two anyway)
    Of all the unluck

We should be back in the Europey next season, which I'll quite enjoy, and the Sunday league games suits me due to the travelling I have to do, to get to home games.

    Fair enough.

European football does hump the league results though.

What worries me is we are thin on numbers without any European football this year.

Whats it going to be like next year?!

We need to sign about 5 good players and that just wont happen.

No mate, we drew Villareal - when they were **** hot <laugh> They went on to make the SF's that year.

UEFA brought Collina out of retirement for the away leg, and he hasn't reffed a game since, he disallowed a perfectly good Big Dunc header....

I'm not a fan of conspiracy theories but that one had legs, as the RS didn't qualify that season, but had just won the thing, so UEFA had to give England 5 places in order for them to be able to defend the trophy.

Yeah knew it was one of the Spanish clubs beginning with V couldnt remember which.
But yeah that was a harsh draw man! <laugh>
Like I said, most of the time you end up with a Bulgarian team or an Eastern European team you have never heard of.

Ok, forget Skiddy i knew you was being biased but you are honest enough about it...anyway

I think sincerity does exist yes...however in alot of posters it doesnt either, deciphering between the 2 can be tricky at times, especially when people start contradicting themselves further down the line and we all have past form.

You are called Father Bope for a reason, so forgive me for questioning your sincerity towards Leicester...it was a generalisation and i exclude you from it.
