It's not opinion it's fact. Nowhere in those rules did it say you could choose your own avatar, on the contrary the avatar was decided by Luvgonzo.

You agreed to those rules, were quoted as saying that you 'intend to fully honour the terms of the bet' and then you welched on the bet.

I'm not wriggling out of any bet. The bet is on as long as you can give me your word that you won't welch on it again. Your choice.

 

The rules were clear for everybody - @luvgonzo to choose the loser's avatar (and it was only for a month ffs )... you just didn't have big enough tackle to handle it and squirmed like a big girly ... the taint still lingers ... stinky

 

The whole site saw him welch on that bet and he was rightly ridiculed for it.

The fact that he's still wriggling and squirming to this day and cannot give me his word that he wont welch again says everything about his dishonesty.

 

We went through all of this in very great detail, Pix. Roofie QC put forward the case on my behalf and established, beyond any reasonable doubt, that the entire process was flawed. It is clear that you don't like the way things turned out, but the fact remains that I honoured the bet, carrying the Tony Adams avatar for far longer than I needed to.

This time round there could have been absolutely no mistake, since the rules are crystal clear. If I did "welch" again, there would have been absolutely no excuses or getting away from the fact.

It's a shame that you wriggled out of the bet.

Sorry fosse , it's not me that's confused on the subject . HAIG was being steamrolled into excepting an avatar that Piskie wanted and Piskie got a lip on when he couldn't get his way . As much as I like Luv , he said HE would pick the avatar and then changed the goalposts by saying he would take suggestions which I knew right away would end badly . But for him to settle on Piskies choice ( if he made it that far before dropping out of the proceedings )was the road to breakdown . If I was Haig , I would have done the same thing , put up one he picked himself and displayed it himself .. Good luck today .
