No one is forced to join the Army Dev. There is no conscription. People who travel thousands of miles around the world to fight a war have to take some responsibility as well as the politicians. 4 problems with these (or any figures)

1 - accurracy. who decides?

2 - hussein pulled the trigger but who supplied the gun. the guy was an american plant

3- some of the deaths were during an uprising/war with the kurds (no justification here just saying)

4- finally length of time. At the rate the american/brits were going they would have exceeded anything saddam did
