Tim Farron declared his support for President Trump's air strikes on Syria last week. Knowing the 9 Lib Dem MPs in the U.K. were with them was the endorsement the Pentagon was craving.
I don't have any information but it's clear a takeover isn't happening atm. The lawyer who was at the club was investigating that nonce. Everett probably knew that but he loves those £2 coins. I have no doubt that Roland wants out, but nobody in their right mind would pay what he wants.
What has TFM done? He'll be joining up on here very soon, so you'll be able to question him then. He and Quacker have been in the Holy Land for the last fortnight, but I'm sure he'll quickly get up to speed on any takeover news.
Good man. Lardiman and TFM were the two best posters on ITTV, but hey-ho you need to toe the party line on there.
Eh, are you taking the piss ? I thought despite our dire circumstance, the initial takeover cleared all debt.. ..
This When most Companies are taken over the buyer puts in equity (ie money but it could be shares) to buy the target Company.... but there is such a thing as 'Debt Financing' whereby the purchaser uses money borrowed (officially by the target Company) to actually buy the target Company... in Charlton's case the debt comes from the owner himself all monies put into Charlton to cover losses are also treated as loans from the Owner.
