I've a feeling unless Arsenal start winning and get to a top 4 finish then I think he will fall on his sword. I maybe wrong, but maybe he will just move up stairs as director of football as a face saving exercise.

He left Olympiakos with the intention of shopping himself around in England. I thought that was well documented when he first became our manager.

 

Why have these been merged? My thread contained actual news confirming the existence of the 12-month extension clause.

 

So why did he spend so much time learning English? He always had an intention to move to England. Presumably why his CV first passed our table back in July/August.

It would be weird, and not in keeping with his style at all, if he wasn't currently informing the owners who he suggests should be retained...you know...with it being his job and all!
