Still early days for Martinez, I don't think he's done a lot wrong to be honest. Horrible night for him tonight though.

Xhaka is such a ****ing one footed donkey. Pisses me off eveytime he slows the play down so he can can pass with his left foot.
Oh I agree mate but looked like the defender was getting there and Townsend was always favourite before him. Not being overly harsh on him, but will be a good lesson for him all the same.
Maybe a bit of inexperience, but I thought he did okay to take command of the situation. If the rules had been applied correctly, then it would have been a really good piece of goalkeeping.
Well Townsend dived but didn't really need to. Could have 'bought' it without the dive if that makes sense. Martinez didn't get a touch did he?
To be honest the penalty just masks what a piss poor performance this has been ... particularly this half. Not a single attempt on target this half by the 83rd min. Ozil has been embarrassing which is saying something considering how bad Ox, Walcott etc have been.

Ain't gonna take the piss on here...I never wum on other teams boards...but after the end of a lot of recent seasons for us I can not sympathise...but I do understand that feeling.
The club clearly don't have anybody lined up to replace him. Whilst his time is spent, we would actually plunge ourselves into the unknown if he left now. We need to spend the next year lining up a replacement.
Fair play fella. I would not expect any sympathy from a Spurs fan, that just wouldn't be right. But at least we know now what it's like to go all Spursy ...
