@Jimmy Squarefoot... To be fair, what @BobbyD said is right. Just accept you worded it poorly mate, it's not that big a deal
I'm only messing fella! In all seriousness, Gomez is just a young back up option for now. Which is why I feel we need at least two more CB's.
Way sakho is playing I really hope Klopp can forgive and build bridges. Bit on Sky from Beale who was managing under 23s earlier in season and saying how Sakho was ultimate pro when he was forced to play with them. On time, no ego, no fuss, really good with the kids. Suggested that Klopp might blame him for losing the EL by getting himself banned etc. If true then not sure right thing from Klopp and shouldn't use that to hold a grudge.
True but it was down to sakho's stupidness taking these substances in the first place which caused the whole issue - he let the team down and ****ed up our chances to win the EL. Then to come back into the team in pre season and take the piss would seriously annoy me as a manager. Hopefully Sakho has learnt his lesson and Klopp can find forgiveness. But if I was Klopp, I would still be fuming.
Totally agree but a manager shouldn't hold grudges. Just like should judge and select each player on form, should do same with problems. His performances and attitude since being dropped have been nothing but exemplary and everyone deserves 2nd chance.
Yeah true - I guess Klopp feels let down and can't rely on him. Who knows ... madder things have happened! Another clean sheet for Sakho ...
Maybe I am alone on this but I don't think he should be binned off base don what has happened. The drugs he was found innocent and the other stuff is fairly low level. If you look at how he has been in interviews he always speaks highly, he has never slated klopp publicly and it's clear he does love liverpool. You don't get that from many players. He never intended to let the team down. That's just my opinion.
To me, Sakho was the man of the match against Arsenal, he has nothing to lose by leaving Liverpool. But Liverpool may regret letting him go especially selling to another premiership club.
Have to say that he looked very good....in both boxes. Could save us a small fortune but ultimately, nobody knows what has gone on between him and Klopp......and if it's a choice of which one do you back, I know where my vote would go....not that I wouldn't mind giving Sahko another go. Truth is, maybe he's had his second or third chance...none of us one here know.
Sahko was vital in CP's victories against Arsenal and Chelsea. Their defence really has improved with him. I'm all for giving him a 2nd chance if he genuinely changes his attitude. But we don't know the whole situation from Klopp's perspective and we have to trust his decision.
how many lads had he sweeping up behind him and.... how did he do when giroud came on? the game was largely gone by then but sanchez and wellbeck... lol... and as for walcott
