    Not many cultured people in Hull when it comes to watching culture going by the ticket sales for the Philharmonic Orchestra appearance. Fortunately the cultured folk of the East Riding came to the rescue. <laugh>

    Another triumph for the appeal of the East Riding. And a reversal of the EY people buying most of the tickets for a cultural event in Hull where most of the tickets for this event will be uncultured city oiks descending on the cultured acres of the East Riding.

    No overnight queuing either, or HDM interviews with lifelong Katy Perry fans who have dreamed of the day KP finally comes to EY.
    Shame they can't handle a crowd round Burton Constable way though.
