I would say 76 would be ironed on top 4 given one of arsenal or utd would need 23 from 27 to overhaul.

Man united almost certainly won't because of their fixtures. Wouldn't be surprised if arsenal do it but still is very tough.
We're in a good position. 3 points away at stoke is not to be sniffed at. If only we had the 2 extra points against Bournemouth ...

Looking who we have to play yet, it couldn't be better for us. Most have nothing left to play for.....
WBA (A)- safe, hopefully on the beach. Tough game otherwise
Palace (H) - without Sahko...and are battling against relegation. A threat on the break. Dangerous for us.
Watford (A) - safe. looked awful yesterday, long may it continue!
Southampton (H) - safe but they've done us this season already....dangerous if they're up for it.
West Ham (A) - yesterday's result was massive for us too - they're safe now. Bonus.
Middlesbrough (H) - solid defensively but lacklustre. Could be relegated by the time we play them. Hope so.

Agree. I predicted that we would beat Stoke even though we were significantly weakened. This is because Hughes is no longer the manager he was a few years ago and Stoke have been dreadful for the last couple of months.
The teams we meet are either bad themselves or have very little to play for. As I have said earlier it is now ours to lose. We are firmly in the 3rd position. City could overtake us but United and Arsenal play each other and will drop points even if their performances pick up significantly. IMO we now need another 7 points I.e 2 wins and a draw. Arsenal are more of a danger but they will drop points against the big teams.

Wow. 7 points is a very low target tbh. I'd say 12 or 13. Mourinho's 'friend' Pulis will go all out to hurt us in more ways than one. Imagine if we lost Couthino for the rest of the season
Benteke has a point to prove, West Hams last game at home of the season can be quite tasty.....they're good teams to play at the right time but still some potential banana skins.
That's the bad scenario for us. We'd be better off having to pay the top five!

Look at our challengers ( City is in the same boat as us so both are in the top 4 unless displaced) Arsenal and United. Arsenal are the worry, they have 54 points with 27 points (9 games) to play for:
Crystal Palace vs Arsenal - Hopefully Palace keep up their form for this and Sakho does us a favour, but I think it will be a draw. 1 point
Middlesborough vs Arsenal - Only ending in an Arsenal win. 3 points
Arsenal vs Leicester - They have the massive distraction of Champions league and its at the Emirates, Arsenal win. 3 points
Tottenham vs Arsenal - Derby game is difficult to predict, but Tottenham should be good enough. 0 points
Arsenal vs Man utd - Arsenal are too good for them, maybe Mourinho will do a typical bore display, but I would say Arsenal win. 3 points
Stoke vs Arsenal - Stoke have nothing left, Arsenal may be closing in on us and have something to fight for. Arsenal win 3 points

Yes, I expect us (Liverpool) to get a minimum of 17pts from our remaining six matches
