You best get yourself down to Selfridges or Next Women's floor if that's the case.

Ranieri changed the menu in his time at Leicester from chicken burgers and potato wedges to sweet potato and pasta but Foxes defender Danny Simpson, 30, said: "I understand his point but the lads liked what we were used to." (Times - subscription required)

...well that explains this season, doesn't it? The lads liked what they were used to, and what they are used to is relegation battles, so to get their way they may as well shaft their manager and nosedive down the table as a result. Brilliant!

So basically everything was fine when he left it as it was and we won the title after years of hard work behind the scenes with sports science, scouting etc, he changes everything unnecessarily with no reasonable explanation and it all goes tits up. As we've been saying, Ranieri'a fault unfortunately

  10. I suppose you Foxes must be confident of a result, tomorrow, against Everton?

Having achieved what they wanted - to get rid of the hero that brought them glory - and having decided to start playing football again, there is every chance that they will get a result at Goodison Park.

    Discuss.

So regularly battling relegation is "fine" now? I know Coventry fans will probably look back on their annual battles against relegation from the Premier League these days with fondness given they're currently staring down the barrel of relegation to League Two, but last time I checked Leicester hadn't been a complete ****show off the pitch for at least a decade.

No battling relegation is not fine hence the decision to replace the manager that was leading us to relegation <doh>

Well said. It seems that some on here cannot grasp the fact that no manager has the right to get you relegated

I think that Spurs fan thinks he is making some point that paints us in a negative light but in reality what he has actually posted shows what a correct decision it was <laugh>
And of course you are correct, I don't mind a manager who is trying his hardest and not getting the rub but one making crazy decisions and making his own downfall has to go

The Spurs fans are very bitter and still have not forgotten your runaway victory. They are best forgotten.

Personally I'm very happy about their win today as now we seem to be looking up, it keeps Watford right in front of us. I hope you guys win the title for last season and for Kante though obviously

If you admit that battling relegation is not acceptable, then surely that means that you agree that your players getting the hump because the manager wouldn't let them have chicken burgers and playing like ****e in response is also far from acceptable?

If that doesn't sound like the sort of "bitterness" those Chelsea boneheads who decided to grace us with their presence are banging on about as they couldn't form a valid opinion if their lives depended on it, what does?

If you think the food was the problem then I think are are deluded. Ranieri changed things because he thought he could. Leicester are not Chelsea but he's intentions I'm sure were honourable. He is a top man with a plan but ok it didn't pan out in the second season but credit where its due he did the job.
