I have to admit I'm speculating about GM, based on observing the situation & what I'd do to strengthen my negotiating position if I was him. I didn't think of him harbouring a grudge - & that might be significant. Not long to we find out anyway. Fingers crossed! Still not sure about the 'rolling' part. Normally you get a contract & you both walk away at the end of it, unless you wish to extend. But we don't add the word 'rolling to it. I'm deffo confused.
