CAUSES OF CAUSES- feeling very confident on this one
UCELLO CONTI- This year he is a lot stronger and some decent runs all building up to this one
VICENTE- coz he was great player for the Seagulls <laugh>
LORD WINDEMERE- for a gold cup winneR to be off this mark this track should suit, good ground in his favour and showed some ability still when second to Champagne Fever and Has Leighton on board

    Stick, welcome your thoughts..

Vosne Romanee- Ain 6.15 (2m, Got its ground, Nice Weight, don't know much about the pilot)

    Warm up or good chance?

I was checking up on Wakea and saw the Drs horse. I like the former but needs to lead.

WAKEA could get a very easy lead and like Pingshou could be very hard to peg back ! Was only beaten by about 5l at Cheltenham and sure looks to improve for that run!

I like too many in the big one, but had to plump for one for the comp. Going with Vieux Lion Rouge. Finished 7th last year but has looked stronger this season, and he has been kept relatively fresh for this. Dangers abound but One For Arthur trained by the lovely Lucinda, will be my saver :)

Others are as my comp entry, most are short enough, although I'm disappointed that Emerging Force is looking to start fav. Someone been sponging I think!

Finians Oscar owes me nothing, but I think he will run a big race in the Novices and although 3-1 is pretty mean in a race as competitive as this, it is still a good bet.

I suspect most the of the virtual trainers will be given their virtual jockeys a cyber bollockin for plotting such a wide course in a 4.5 mile race. Most ended up closer to 5 miles . Can't believe I wasted 30 minutes of my Friday evening watching that bollox <laugh>

Sorry, not had a chance to catch up with the contact since Cheltenham.

I fancy Skelton to win both Chepstow bumpers tomorrow, ROKSANA 4/1, FRANKIE RAPPER 5/1.

Vicente, Houblon des Obeaux, Ballynagour, and Thunder and Roses are my picks from the lucky bag. Would love to see Charbel compensate tomorrow for his tip up in the Arkle but not sure he deserves to be odds on. Not a working mans price in any case. Good luck everyone.
