He's a decent, friendly bloke, and more than able to fend for himself. Even with those odds, I seem to recall the coward made sure he hit him from behind too.
Went into there pub the next time we played them looking for the brave lads who attacked that lone City fan, No-one at home.
He seems a really pleasant bloke to me Didn't he stand near you until Evictiongate ? Still see him in North
He did. I wouldn't claim to know him as such, more the usual nod and wink, but I do know people that do know him better, and I have had a few conversations with him, and as you say, he's a really pleasant bloke. The gutless turd that blind sided him wouldn't have done it from the front even with all his mates there.
I didn't even know it happened, what a cheap shot ****er Like you I say hi to him and chat City briefly but don't really know him
I remember that Stoke away game, the worst part wasn't even being fenced in, but avoiding the tossers once we were released and getting to the train station to get out of that ****hole.
The question tonight could be can they cope with the amount of people who want to leave early rather than those arriving late.
I got to the queue for my turnstile as the whistle blew to kick off. I was walking from the concourse to my seat as our goal was flagged offside. That queue went from near the bridge turnstiles around to the club shop but moved quickly enough. Our queue does always move faster than those outside of West and South, mind. Couldn't offer a reason why.
Schoolboy error parking there. Loads of cheap parking short walk away in centre. Much faster getaway from there. Their ground car park is the Darlington of the PL.
Yeah I parked near the Etihad in the Cup game we played a year or so ago. Terrible to get away from. Fortunately I got some tips on where to park from some Man City fans I know and I was away from the ground and on the motorway in 15 minutes.
