If you want to watch via android follow Barchullona's advice - should you want to watch via your laptop or PC http://cricfree.sc/football-live-stream is pretty good (make sure your Ad- Blocker is enabled though).
The reason streams were **** on Wednesday is because nobody else cares about us or Boro, there'll be loads more tomorrow. I tend to use reddit soccer streams. Just find the thread for our game and there'll be loads of links, often HD. https://www.reddit.com/r/soccerstreams The best streams from the subreddit are put onto this website so you can just check this directly too: https://soccerstreams.net/
You don't seem to have a problem sharing every other single thought that comes into your head on here
Two ways of doing it. Go on youtube and type in how to install Modbro on firestick. Or if you have an Android phone or tablet you can install Mobdro or better still solid streamz on that. You can then mirror it to your TV by going into firestick and turning on enable mirroring and using the mirroring facility on your phone or tablet. Or just watch it on a tablet. If an old fogey like me can manage to set it up you young whippersnappers should be able to. Or, alternative get hold of a 12 year old you know and ask them to do it.
Cricfree always demands that I open a 'free' guest account, which makes me nervous so I don't. Am I being paranoid?
I fondly imagined it would be just there on Kodi already? To be fair I've no idea what's loaded on it But if I have to do stuff...well...it sounds easier to book a train ticket and go to the match!
You'll be ok as long as you have Ad-blocker enabled, if you don't have Firefox as your browser there are quite a few good freebies - you're right to be paranoid, get an ad-blocker mate.
