We had quite a few Taff teachers. They seem to gravitate towards teaching for some reason. I remember our PE teacher was a Welsh former Royal Marine and predictably rugby mad. He could be a bastard but never really gave me much stick as I always took part. Was a decent teacher tbf. He told a mate of mine to "go and make friends with the trees" once. Never let it down! "Moron" he would say in your face from time to time.
No he was fine with me. He used to pick on people who would repeatedly say they forgot their kit. Same characters every time.
