Says the person who has just been pulled up by his fellow Spurs fan for needing to be sectioned, due to the amount of mentally fragile threads he posts.

You really are on a roll with the **** ups tonight aren't you ? <laugh>

  4. Spurs have won 17 points from losing positions - more than any other team.

That means that we bottle it least in the division, and are the least likely to bottle it.

Yet another nail in the coffin lid of this bell-ended thread!

No, in fact we've gained more points from a losing position than any other side. Very un-Spurs!...

    Impressive win.

    Un Spurs like performance that.

Getting towards the crunch end of the season and not choking.

Unfortunately I feel its a step too far. Chelsea had to loose.

Maybe next year is your year <cool>

We did similar in 2010-11 too as far as I recall.
We even won a couple of games when we were down to 10 vs 11
(ok noted that one of the opponents was Villa :) ) .

The notable point is that Spurs have taken the most points in 2017
(the second half of the season) . But the damage done by Chelsky with
that superb 13 game run should see them over the line.

  13. This ill-advised thread has been like watching a train-wreck play out in super-slow motion. It's ugly, but fascinating, at the same time.

Nonetheless, when the season is over, I think we should name and shame the muppets who supported the central tenet of this atrocious thread, and give them an opportunity to explain themselves and, most importantly, to apologise to the rest of us for being so stupid as to be drawn in by this board's greatest living clown.

How can it be ill advised? its very current as you've fulfilled half of this with two embarrassments in Europe.....now can the spud bottle withstand the last eight games without imploding?

This thread will run and run season after season as nothing will change. Arsenal will rebuild, United and City will throw 100's of millions of pounds at a title tilt as will Liverpool in all honesty. Last year and this year have probably been your best chances for 55 years but sadly will end up the same way. Next season will see this thread rocket out of all proportions.

So thanks for all you spuds who have made this season so enjoyable.....every great act needs a stooge. <cheers>

  15. This thread is extremely foolish, and an abject failure.

You tried to wum on the premise that, this season, the likes of 'Pool, City and United would improve along with Chelsea, and that these teams, along with Arsenal, would all be better than Spurs, meaning that Spurs would, at best, finish 6th. Had that been the case, you would have claimed a success for this thread.

However, not only has that not happened, but it is clearly the case that, among those 5 teams that I have mentioned, only Chelsea has performed better than us, and we are currently doing better than the very good season that we had last season! This thread has failed on every conceivable level.

150 pages and growing by the day an abject failure? Think you need to re-evaluate.

Size isn't everything. I am reliably informed it is totally unrelated to success
