    I noted that Palace supporters were singing Jason Puncheon, he's one of our own at a time when it was 1-1. I bet there was more than one Saints supporter who wanted to sing Jason Puncheon, he ****s when he wants, but couldn't because they knew Saints needed support.

    Had a £50 treble on tonight including Spurs. Had given up on it. Went for a cheeky smoke at 1-0 and when I came back it was 1-3. Remarkable.

    Allardyce moaning about out first goal. Says it should have been a foul so should have been 1-0 at HT. Seems to have forgotten our 2 penalty shouts which were turned down.

    Always happy with a victory over Palace. I am still haunted by an FA Cup exit to Palace in 1965 or 1966 when Saints should have won as we were much higher in the League, and they had just been promoted the previous season. So it always pleases me when Southampton beat them.
