Yep, and I did think that was a potential winner but we all know the rule that it is your first entry which is taken as your Headline.

 

^^ I'm not sure quite how this relates to a headline for the Toon v Wigan game but unfortunately the competition was already closed to new headline submissions anyway.

 

I'd vote for JT's Wigan Pier one if I had the option. Best headline I've seen this year.

That'll teach him to not read the rules. Trev has a very difficult job of keeping this game fair and respectable and it's made even harder for him when people don't follow the clearly communicated rules.
