Nobody is suggesting that. History should be looked back on with tremendous respect.

But you don't get extra points for winning titles years ago.

respected or not, liverpool villa etc are entitled to harp on about their feats. However to the rest of the world they are forgotten/irrelevant and honestly i don't think anyone cares. Obviously it will be brought up if say Liverpool win a few and overtake United but as of now, no one gives two ****s.

You can call yourself a big club if it helps.

I'd rather have an actual trophy to back it up though <ok>

But right here right now it doesn't really matter does it.

Do you think that because Portsmouth won the FA Cup a few years ago players are more likely to join them than say Spurs whose most famous success in recent years is a League Cup win?

Fans have every right to look back with pride but it doesn't amount to anything in reality.

While we're at it let's forget the world wars and forget anything that has ever happened up until 2007, yeah?

I don't know if you are aware but Akki is only 14. He's been busy moving off the Spurs board and into CFC's cave. Then Leicester went on a little roll and he's itching to move back onto the PL board.

Offer him a few Panini stickers for his album or give him some crayons and a colouring pad..best way to deal with him

He's certainly a new age fan.

It's ok though - in a couple of months his title will be history and won't mean anything to him.

Do you think Leicester winning the league matters? You have not embraced it to become anything resembling a top team and to make it matter. You have had zero affect on this seasons top 4. You haven't defended it with as much as a water pistol fight and you won't win it again. Right here right now you don't matter...about 30 points ahead of you, that's what matters.

We didn't beat Palace so the slip meant nothing in the end. FACT.

It matters to Leicester fans, obviously.

But I don't think there's a player out there who would pick us over aside like Chelsea or Man City that routinely win titles.

Sustained, relative and current success is what matters.

I'm 24. In the grand scheme of football of course i'm a new age fan.

I suppose you've supported Liverpool since 1892 and you're as old school as they get?
